1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Zoltrack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Zoltrack provides order tracking services for Shopify merchants, including:

  • Automated tracking of shipped orders
  • Branded tracking pages for end customers
  • Integration with major shipping carriers worldwide
  • Customizable tracking widgets for Shopify themes

3. Subscription and Billing

  • All billing is processed through Shopify
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can change or cancel plans anytime through the app
  • Refunds are subject to Shopify's refund policy
  • Usage exceeding plan limits may result in service restriction

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Use the Service to harm or defraud customers
  • Exceed API rate limits intentionally
  • Submit false or misleading tracking data

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

  • Shopify platform issues
  • Third-party carrier API outages
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Force majeure events

6. Data Accuracy

Tracking information is sourced from third-party carriers via TrackingMore. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee real-time precision of all tracking data. Carrier delays and data lag are normal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zoltrack is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Lost or delayed packages
  • Inaccurate carrier data
  • Business losses due to Service interruptions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All Zoltrack software, designs, and branding are our property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the Service while subscribed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Fraudulent activity

Upon termination, all data is deleted within 48 hours per GDPR requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified through the app.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.
