From End Customers:
- Tracking number entered to check order status
- Email address (optional, for order verification)
3. How We Use Information
- Provide order tracking services
- Display shipping status updates to customers
- Send tracking information to merchants
- Maintain and improve our service
- Process billing and subscriptions through Shopify
4. Third-Party Services
We share necessary tracking data with the following third parties:
- TrackingMore: Receives tracking numbers and carrier codes to fetch shipping status updates. TrackingMore Privacy Policy
- Shopify: All data is processed through Shopify's secure infrastructure as required by their API.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

We retain tracking data for as long as the merchant uses our service. When an app is uninstalled, we delete all associated data within 48 hours in compliance with Shopify's GDPR requirements.
