🚀 Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Install Zoltrack

Install Zoltrack from the Shopify App Store. The app will automatically connect to your store.

Step 2: Customize Your Tracking Page

Go to Settings in the app to:

  • Upload your store logo
  • Set brand colors
  • Add a welcome message
  • Configure support email

Step 3: Add Tracking Widget To Your Store

Add the tracking widget to any page on your Shopify store:

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes
  2. Click Customize on your active theme
  3. Add a new page called "Track Order"
  4. Click Add sectionZoltrack Order Tracking
  5. Customize and save

Step 4: Add Tracking Link To Order Emails

Edit your Shopify shipping confirmation email to include a link to your new tracking page. Customers will get the link automatically.

How does Zoltrack get tracking numbers?

Zoltrack automatically detects when you add tracking numbers to your Shopify orders. No manual sync needed.

Which carriers are supported?

We support 1,500+ carriers worldwide including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and many more.

How often is tracking status updated?

Status updates are fetched in real-time when customers visit the tracking page. We also sync periodically in the background.

Can I customize the tracking page design?

Yes! Upload your logo, change colors, add custom messages, and match the tracking page to your store branding.

What happens if a tracking number is invalid?

Customers see a "tracking not found" message. The tracking won't count toward your monthly limit.

How do I upgrade or change plans?

Go to Billing in the app and choose your new plan. Changes take effect immediately.

What if I exceed my monthly limit?

On monthly plans, new tracking stops until next month. We recommend Pay-As-You-Go if your usage varies.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app from your Shopify Admin. No long-term contracts.

Is my customer data safe?

Yes. We use encrypted connections, secure storage, and comply with GDPR. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Tracking widget not showing on my store?

Make sure you've added the section to a page in your theme editor and saved changes. Try clearing your browser cache.

Tracking status shows "pending" for too long?

Some carriers take 24-48 hours to show first scan. If the issue persists, verify the tracking number is correct in your Shopify order.

Orders not appearing in dashboard?

The dashboard shows fulfilled orders with tracking numbers. Make sure your orders are fulfilled and have valid tracking numbers attached.
